Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software delivery, release management, or engineering leadership.
• Proven track record modernizing release governance in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, feature flags, deployment automation, and observability.
• Experience with environment strategy and customer onboarding readiness.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the release ecosystem strategy across Product and Technology.
• Embed release controls into developer workflows and pipelines.
• Establish automated, auditable, risk-based controls including policy-as-code and automated checks.
• Lead and develop a transformation-focused release management team.
