Job Description:

Join us as a Relationship Director in Commercial Mid-Market. This role involves managing and developing a portfolio of commercial customers, providing tailored financial products and services. You will drive sales activity to maximize new business, manage customer relationships to enhance the customer experience, and support business growth through long-term relationships. Your work will include client meetings, collaboration with colleagues in the office (minimum two days a week), and remote work within the region.

What you'll do:

• Show entrepreneurial attitude, driving customer advocacy and creating value from relationships
• Provide excellent customer service with suitable financial solutions
• Maintain relationships with key partners
• Use tools effectively for contact and strategy planning
