This role involves managing and developing a portfolio of commercial customers, providing them with suitable products and services for their financial needs.
You will drive sales activity to maximize new business and manage customer relationships to enhance the customer experience. Your long-term thinking and commercial acumen will support business growth and help build lasting relationships.
Your work will be split between client meetings at their premises, collaborating with colleagues in the office (minimum two days a week or as required), and remote work within the region.
We seek someone with an entrepreneurial attitude who can advocate for customers and create additional value from relationships. Through excellent service, you will provide tailored financial solutions, increasing loyalty and satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
You will also:
A diploma in lending skills is mandatory; if not held, the exam can be taken within six months of starting. Previous experience in commercial banking is required. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills are advantageous, along with proven risk assessment experience and monitoring skills.
You should also have:
