The role of the Regional Sales Director (RSD) is to manage a territory to grow revenue through our channel and direct sales efforts. This is a great role for an experienced seller who knows how to work a territory to build a book of business and create long-lasting relationships. The RSD will be responsible for managing and generating pipeline, directing all pre- and post-sales activities with the goal of obtaining high-margin, long-term business, and increasing market share. Additionally, a preferred candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding quota, experience selling a SaaS solution, and selling into the B2B space. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in a supportive, learning organization. The role reports directly to the UK Sales Manager of New Business. Our team values: goal orientation, teamwork, continuous learning, honesty, trustworthiness, and hard work.

Responsibilities:

  1. Meet and exceed individual sales goals, quota, and activity
  2. Drive direct deals working with internal teams to win business
  3. Partner with our channel to drive joint opportunities to close
  4. Work effectively with BDR to drive pipeline
  5. Develop and execute a territory plan
  6. Document and manage your sales pipeline in our CRM application

Qualifications:

  1. CRM sales experience (SugarCRM, SFDC, MSD) preferred
  2. Fluent English speaking skills
  3. Minimum 5+ years quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS or related fields
  4. Experience closing complex opportunities
  5. Proven ability to manage to a forecast with quarterly objectives
  6. Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
