Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engage and communicate with clients across channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually.
• Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options and assist with meeting their financial needs.
• Provide a consistent optimal client experience with operational excellence and accuracy.
