Qualifications

• 12+ months experience in selling products/services.
• 6+ months experience in retail banking sales or consultative relationships.
• 6+ months experience with Santander or related responsibilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet the financial needs of customers including transaction support and product recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to grow banking relationships through branch activities and referrals.
• Develop strong client relationships to understand needs and provide solutions.
