Outcomes First Group and Glebedale School are seeking a dedicated Re-integration Teacher to lead the Bridge Provision for KS3/KS4. You will support students transitioning back to full-time education, collaborating with families, therapists, and external professionals to tailor reintegration pathways.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, inclusivity, and building resilience to help students thrive academically and personally in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS, QTLS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Has at least two years' experience working with students with SEMH and/or SEND needs.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, personalised teaching and mentoring to students with SEMH and SEND needs.
• Design and implement bespoke reintegration plans tailored to individual strengths, needs and aspirations.
• Build positive relationships with students and families to support engagement, confidence and wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with clinical teams, school leaders and external agencies to ensure successful transitions into mainstream provision.
• Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes and provide targeted interventions where needed.
• Promote attendance, independence, emotional resilience and positive behaviour.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, student welfare and inclusion.
