Qualifications

• A minimum of two years' experience working with pupils with SEMH and/or SEND.
• Experience supporting pupils and working in partnership with families.
• A passion for inclusive education and helping young people overcome barriers to learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching to pupils with SEMH and SEND needs.
• Develop bespoke reintegration plans.
• Build trusted relationships with pupils and families.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and clinicians.
• Champion pupil voice in their support journey.
