Zusammenfassung

KPI Education is recruiting a Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join the Behaviour Intervention and Inclusion Team at a North West London secondary school. You will support students temporarily removed from lessons, delivering one-to-one and small-group interventions, helping regulate emotions and reintegrate into mainstream classes while collaborating with teachers and pastoral staff.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate with a 2:1 degree or above in Psychology, Criminology, Sociology or Education.
• Must have strong communication and resilience with a calm approach to behaviour management.
• Previous mentoring, youth work or SEN exposure is desirable but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Support students removed from lessons after behavioural incidents.
• Deliver one-to-one and small-group behaviour interventions.
• Help students understand consequences and develop coping strategies.
• Support emotional regulation, conflict resolution and restorative conversations.
• Encourage completing academic work outside mainstream lessons.
• Work with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral leaders to reintegrate students.
