Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Reinstatement Agent to supervise reinstatement teams across our contract with United Utilities. The role is based on-site in Worsley, offering a competitive salary and opportunities for development.

You will oversee on-site reinstatement work on public highways and sites, ensuring first-time quality and safe, cost-effective delivery. Ideal candidates will have utilities/civils experience, NRASWA, a clean driving licence, and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the Utilities industry
• Experience on Civils related projects
• NRASWA qualification
• Full and clean driving licence
• Good health and safety awareness
• Basic computer skills and software familiarity

Responsibilities

• Have operational responsibility for reinstatement teams and in-day activities
• Organise labour cost-effectively including recruitment, disciplinary action, wages and absence management
• Coach and develop staff to reach their potential with a fair, consistent culture
• Help manage the frame and cover programme and ensure KPIs are met
• Help manage the defect programme and ensure KPIs are met and Highway Meetings attended
• Have knowledge/experience of Reinstatement for Utilities
• Maintain a customer focus
• Use Modular+ and Client Computer system to deliver feedback for commercial and reinstatement
• Liaise with Support Services and Street works Team to manage liabilities and ensure right-first-time attitude
• Complete Team Inspections to ensure high compliance and quality
• Health & Safety Representative duties including on-site inspections and incident investigations
