Dogs Trust in Newbury is seeking a Rehoming Manager to embed a culture of high performance, creativity and excellent customer service at our Rehoming centre in Newbury. Working with the management team, you will manage and support the development of our rehoming team, who work tirelessly to find forever homes for the dogs in our care.

Responsabilités

• Promote a culture of rehoming across the centre team, maximising the effectiveness of interactions and their conversion to adoptions
• Lead, manage and develop the rehoming team, instilling a performance based approach, focused on targets and customer service
• Collaborate with other managers to optimise kennel occupation and ensure appropriate assessment and triage of dogs
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all public facing activities, focusing on development and wellbeing of colleagues and volunteers' experiences
