Responsibilities

• Managing daily rehire enquiries and sourcing equipment from external suppliers.
• Obtaining competitive hire rates and negotiating with suppliers.
• Coordinating equipment deliveries, collections and off-hires.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitoring ongoing hires and chasing outstanding off-hires.
• Handling equipment breakdowns and resolving hire-related issues efficiently.
• Processing hire orders and maintaining accurate records on our hire management system.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
