Are you looking to develop your career in Rehabilitation?We are looking for a Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team in Bristol. You will benefit from the expertise of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, while working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. We're an incredibly supportive team who are committed to your ongoing clinical development, education and further study.In post, you will be supporting the therapy team through managing our service users who have been recently discharged from an acute hospital setting and are undertaking a period of assessment and rehabilitation. Our goal is to ensure our service users and their families have the best experience being supported by us through excellent communication and initiative.Here in the Bristol Pathway 3 Therapy team, we recognise the importance of having work/life balance and strive to achieve this through a friendly work environment and fair schedules.The role will provide support to the out of hospital assessment beds located in local care homes and requires the flexibility to work across the bed bases in the Bristol area.
