Are you looking to develop your career in Rehabilitation?
We are seeking a Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team in Bristol. You will benefit from the expertise of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists while working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Our team is highly supportive and committed to your ongoing clinical development, education, and further study.
In this role, you will support the therapy team by managing service users recently discharged from an acute hospital setting who are undergoing assessment and rehabilitation. Our goal is to ensure the best experience for our service users and their families through excellent communication and initiative.
Within the Bristol Pathway 3 Therapy team, we value work/life balance and strive to maintain a friendly work environment and fair schedules. The role involves supporting the out-of-hospital assessment beds located in local care homes and requires flexibility to work across bed bases in the Bristol area.
