Protocol Education is currently recruiting for a Social & Emotional Support Worker to work in a Secondary School in North Bristol.
The students you will work with have ASD/Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs (SEMH), learning disabilities, or are identified as having a statement of educational need or an Educational, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The school prides itself on being part of a supportive federation and aims to support every child to develop self-esteem, achieve personal targets, and foster a love for learning, enabling them to make the most of opportunities. All staff work to inspire, motivate, challenge, and support each pupil, regardless of individual needs.
The ideal candidate will be professional, passionate about SEND/SEMH, and adept at supporting children with additional needs, including excellent behaviour management skills.
