Nuffield Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to lead rolling 12-week rehabilitation programmes, running live and in-person classes for participants of various abilities. You will promote self-directed activity through on-demand content and a journaling tool to help participants self-manage after the programme.
The role requires excellent communication, IT skills, and a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
Qualificações
- Essential: Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and English and numeracy skills.
- Desirable: BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation.
- Experience in Rehabilitation Specialist roles or similar is advantageous.
Responsabilidades
- Organise and run a series of rolling 12-week rehabilitation programmes.
- Deliver both live stream and in-person group exercise classes for varying abilities.
- Promote self-directed activity using on-demand classes and a self-management journal.
- Re-calibrate exercises and intensities based on participant progress.
- Identify deterioration and follow internal escalation processes with timely reporting.
