Job summary

Nuffield Health in Cambridge is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to lead and influence, work onsite with our Charity team and beneficiaries. You will organise 12-week programmes, run live stream and in-person classes, and promote self-directed activity using on-demand content and journals.

The role requires excellent IT skills, a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, and the ability to support vulnerable adults.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• Rehabilitation background is desirable; experience in a Rehabilitation Specialist role preferred.
• Excellent English and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Organise and run rolling 12-week rehabilitation programmes.
• Deliver live stream and in-person group exercise classes.
• Promote self-directed activity using on-demand classes and journals.
• Re-calibrate exercises and intensities based on progress.
• Identify deterioration and follow escalation processes with timely reporting.
• Conduct weekly 1to1 coaching calls to set goals and support wellbeing.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, organisation and decision-making skills.
• Manage time and resources effectively; support vulnerable adults.
