Nuffield Health is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Specialist at our Birmingham Rubery Fitness and Wellness Club. You will deliver rehabilitation programmes, facilitate live stream and in-person classes, and promote self-directed activity to aid recovery.

You will run weekly 1-to-1 sessions and work with our charity pathways to support a healthier nation. The role requires a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (essential) and ideally a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation.

Qualifikationen

• Level 3 Personal trainer qualification is essential.
• Ideally a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation.
• Experience in a Rehabilitation Specialist role is desirable.
• Good English and numeracy skills required.

Aufgaben

• Organise and run rolling 12-week rehabilitation programmes.
• Deliver live stream and in-person group exercise classes for varied abilities.
• Promote self-directed activity using on-demand classes and a participant journal.
• Recalibrate exercises and intensities based on improvements.
• Conduct weekly 1-to-1 coaching calls to set short- and long-term goals and provide emotional wellbeing support.
