Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist / Personal Trainer to lead and adapt group exercise programmes for participants with varying abilities. You will promote self-management through on-demand content and journaling, and work closely with our charity teams to support progress and well-being.

You will hold a Level 3 Personal Trainer certification and ideally have a Sports Rehabilitation background, with strong IT skills and a patient-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live stream and in-person group exercise classes for participants with varying abilities.
• Promote self-directed activity using on-demand classes and journaling to support self-management after the programme.
• Adjust exercises and intensity based on regular improvements.
• Identify deterioration and escalate as needed with timely reporting and data capture.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 telephone coaching to set goals, monitor progress, and provide emotional wellbeing support.
