Nuffield Health Cambridge is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to deliver our rehabilitation programmes, combining in-person and remote facilitation. The role supports participants’ recovery through exercise, wellbeing coaching and goal setting, with weekly 1to1s and group classes.

Excellent IT skills and a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification are essential; prior rehab experience is preferred. The role is part-time, 22.5 hours per week, with weekend work and a pro rata salary up to £29,127.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Organise and run rolling 12-week rehabilitation programmes.
• Deliver live stream and in-person group exercise classes.
• Promote self-directed activity using on-demand classes and a journal.
• Calibrate exercises based on participant progress.
• Capture and report outcomes data to support progress tracking.
• Provide weekly 1-to-1 coaching calls focusing on goals and wellbeing.
