Job summary

Nuffield Health Stoke FWC is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to lead rolling 12-week rehabilitation programmes. The role includes delivering live-stream and in-person group classes and guiding participants to self-manage their conditions after the programme.

You will re-calibrate exercises based on progress, monitor improvements, and ensure timely reporting and data capture to support the charitable purposes of the Trust.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification is essential.
• Experience as a Rehabilitation Specialist is preferred.
• Understanding of rehabilitation processes.
• BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation desired but not essential.
• Good English and numeracy skills required.

Responsibilities

• Organise and run rolling 12-week rehabilitation programmes.
• Deliver live stream and in-person group exercise classes.
• Promote self-directed activity using on-demand classes and a journal.
• Re-calibrate exercises and intensities based on progress.
• Escalate deteriorations with timely reporting and data capture.
