Metro Bank is seeking a Regulatory Reporting professional in the United Kingdom to deliver COREP, FINREP and Bank of England returns with accuracy and timeliness. You will own reconciliation, controls, and sign-off procedures across critical reports.

You will drive automation, improve data quality and governance, and collaborate with Finance, Risk, Treasury, Operations and IT to implement regulatory reporting changes.

Qualifications

• Experience producing FINREP, COREP and liquidity returns.
• Strong knowledge of UK regulatory reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication with Finance, risk and regulators.
• People management experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver FINREP, COREP and Bank of England returns accurately and on time.
• Maintain robust regulatory reporting controls, sign-off procedures and documentation.
• Drive automation and efficiencies in regulatory reporting.
• Improve regulatory data quality and governance with stakeholders.
• Keep up-to-date with PRA, Basel and related requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Treasury, Operations and IT on changes.
• Support audits and develop junior colleagues.
