Job summary

Hyve is hiring a Registration Manager for LegalTechTalk, now part of Hyve, to oversee the registration platform, data handling, and onsite delivery. This fast-growing role collaborates with Operations, Marketing and the wider team to ensure a seamless attendee experience across pre-show and onsite phases.

You will manage registrations, vet ticket types, and produce data-driven insights while supporting travel and onsite logistics.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a ticketing, customer service or reservations role.
• Tech-forward and data-driven, with CRM experience; proficient with Google and Microsoft tools.
• Hybrid role requiring two days per week in the office; based at Legal Tech Talk offices in Victoria.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact between LegalTechTalk and the registration provider.
• Approve registrations and manage ticket types vetting.
• Collaborate with Marketing to launch registration and the event app.
• Audit registration data for accuracy to support the meetings programme.
• Create post-show analyses to drive data-based improvements.
• Manage onsite registration plan and badge operations.
