Job summary

Hyve, the organiser of high-profile B2B events, is hiring an Event Operations Manager for LegalTechTalk, now part of Hyve, based in London Victoria. You’ll manage show logistics, coordinate with sponsors and speakers, and ensure exceptional attendee experiences across events and ancillary activities.

The role requires strong event operations, production, and logistics experience, with travel to events. You’ll work closely with the Operations team and external partners to deliver seamless events

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in event management, especially operations, production or logistics.
• Experience managing catering, networking events and production logistics.
• Strong organisational, project management, communication and time management skills.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft programs; calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee show logistics and deliver an exceptional attendee experience across sponsors, speakers and delegates.
• Collaborate with Operations team and vendors to ensure smooth event production, catering, signage and attendee logistics.
• Lead the execution of activation programmes and ancillary events with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate furniture, AV, signage and other event elements with the Operations team.
