Job summary

CloserStill Media in the United Kingdom is seeking a seasoned professional to own registration and event technology across multiple portfolios. You will manage registration platforms, ensure data quality, and drive improvements by auditing performance and coordinating with suppliers.

Key strengths include hands-on technical understanding of APIs, data mapping, and platform configuration, plus strong stakeholder communication. Travel to priority events and onsite support are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing registration, event technology, ticketing or comparable platforms and suppliers.
• Strong vendor and account management skills.
• Commercial awareness: you understand costs, value, and can justify investment.
• Technical understanding of integrations, APIs, form logic, data mapping and platform configuration.
• Hands-on troubleshooting ability and calm judgement under pressure.
• Clear communication you can explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central owner of registration, event apps, lead scanning, badge printing and related platforms across all CloserStill portfolios.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers; challenge them on performance, capability, roadmaps, costs and value.
• Maintain standards across data capture, permissions, consent and platform configuration.
• Reduce supplier dependency by building strong internal ownership and technical understanding.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, data mapping and access problems.
• Support event teams through setup, testing and go-live with clear escalation routes.
