Hyve Group, hosting LegalTechTalk, is seeking a Registration Manager to oversee the registration platform, data handling, and attendee experience across pre-show and onsite phases. You will manage the registration provider, vet ticket types, and collaborate with the Marketing and Ops teams to drive a seamless attendee journey.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in ticketing, customer service, or reservations.
• Highly organised with excellent communication and project management.
• Commercially minded and customer-focused.

Responsabilités

• Be the main contact between LegalTechTalk and the registration provider.
• Manage the inbox and respond to enquiries, coordinating with the team.
• Approve registrations and manage ticket types vetting.
• Oversee codes for sponsors, partners, staff and guests.
• Collaborate with Marketing to launch registration and the app.
• Audit data accuracy for the meetings programme and on‑site experiences.
• Create regular reports on progress and revenue.
• Oversee hotel booking platform; track attrition and costs.
• Develop attendee communications plan with Ops/Marketing.
• Manage pre-show attendee logistics (invitations, visas, accommodation, transport, accessibility).
• Create onsite registration plan, setup and deliverables.
• Onsite registration management, badge pickup, escalations, help desk, staff.
• Produce post-show analysis to drive improvements.
• Work with Operations to ensure deliverables are met.
• Develop internal processes and guidelines.
• Attend industry events to stay informed on trends.
