Job summary

Membership Bespoke in Central London (Hybrid – 2 days office, 3 days home) is seeking a Registration Coordinator to support membership services and professional registration activities. The role reports to the Membership & Professional Standards Manager and requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

You will coordinate membership applications, professional registrations, and member communications while supporting regional volunteer groups and delivering engaging member

Qualifications

  • Experience in a membership organisation, professional body, charity, institute or customer-facing admin environment.
  • Experience supporting membership, registrations or customer service is desirable.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills including CRM, Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident when working with members, volunteers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

  • Coordinate membership applications and professional registration processes.
  • Manage member communications and deliver engaging programmes for members.
  • Support regional volunteer groups and assist with member webinars.

Our client, a respected and well-established professional membership organisation in the engineering sector, is looking to recruit an organised and proactive Registration Coordinator to join their Membership and Professional Standards team.

The Role of Registration Coordinator

Reporting to the Membership & Professional Standards Manager, you will play a key role in supporting membership services, professional registration activities and member engagement. You will coordinate membership applications, professional registration processes and member communications, whilst providing administrative support to regional volunteer groups and helping deliver an engaging programme of member webinars. The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst delivering a first-class service to members and stakeholders.

Person Specification
  • Experience working within a membership organisation, professional body, charity, institute or customer-focused administrative environment.
  • Experience supporting membership, registrations, customer service or membership administration would be highly desirable.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills, including CRM databases, Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident working with members, volunteers and a range of stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • A proactive, friendly and customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience supporting professional registration or accreditation processes would be advantageous but is not essential.
