Dudley Registration Service is seeking a professional, organised and customer-focused Registration Assistant to support the delivery of a high-quality registration service across Dudley Borough.
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
This varied and rewarding role provides administrative and customer service support across all areas of the service, including births, deaths, marriages, civil partnerships and citizenship ceremonies. You will often be the first point of contact for customers, providing advice, guidance and administrative support while ensuring records and documentation are maintained accurately and efficiently.
37 hours per week, including alternate Saturdays.
Additional hours may occasionally be required to support service demands and events.
Workplace Attendance: Onsite full time
