Job summary

Career Makers Inc. in London is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a supported living service in Walthamstow.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex support requirements. This is a full-time on-site role with a competitive salary (£50,000 per annum) and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or equivalent qualification.
• Proven management experience in supported living or similar regulated care setting.
• Strong focus on person-centred care and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the supported living service with high standards of care, safety and CQC compliance.
• Lead, motivate and develop staff through supervision, coaching, training and performance management.
• Ensure care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures are effective, person-centred and regularly reviewed.
• Monitor service quality, audits and performance, driving continuous improvement and positive outcomes for individuals.
