Job summary

CARING FOR COMMUNITIES AND PEOPLE (CCP) is seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead a team delivering high-quality, person-centred care across our Supported Accommodation services in the South West and West Midlands.

The role requires ensuring compliance with Ofsted quality standards for Children in Care/Care Leavers, supporting management teams and the Nominated Individual, and shaping the strategic direction of our accommodation-based services.

Qualifications

Experience as Registered Manager or with Ofsted/Children's Homes.
Leadership and management experience in health and social care.
Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within Supported Accommodation.
Support management teams and the Nominated Individual to ensure Ofsted-readiness for Children in Care/Care Leavers sites.
Drive the strategic direction of accommodation-based services and the Charity as a whole.
