Job summary

Kingdom People seeks an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead a supported accommodation service in Bristol. You will oversee Ofsted compliance, safeguarding and the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for young people, while driving continuous improvement and business development.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, budget oversight and the ability to secure Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience in a regulated care environment.
• Thorough knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements.
• Demonstrable ability to manage staff performance and uphold service quality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Competence in managing budgets and operational performance.
• Valid driving licence with access to a suitable vehicle.
• Ability to fulfil all requirements for Ofsted registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and management of the supported accommodation service, ensuring person-centred, high-quality care.
• Maintain responsibility for Ofsted registration and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Deliver outstanding support that promotes positive outcomes for young people
• Motivate, inspire and develop the team to achieve exceptional performance
• Oversee safeguarding, risk management, health & safety, and conduct regular quality audits
• Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy to optimise service efficiency and delivery
• Forge and maintain strong partnerships with local authorities and external agencies
• Support business development activities, including securing new placements and contracts
• Drive continuous improvement to sustain a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating
