Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership within regulated care environments
• Thorough knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in managing budgets and operational performance
• Ability to oversee staff performance and quality
• Full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and management of the supported accommodation service, ensuring person-centred, high-quality care
• Maintain responsibility for Ofsted registration and ensure full regulatory compliance
• Deliver outstanding support that promotes positive outcomes for young people
• Motivate, inspire and develop the team to achieve exceptional performance
• Oversee safeguarding, risk management, health & safety, and conduct regular quality audits
• Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy to optimise service efficiency and delivery
• Forge and maintain strong partnerships with local authorities and external agencies
• Support business development activities, including securing new placements and contracts
• Drive continuous improvement to sustain a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating
