Job summary

Voyage Care in Brandesburton is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead a residential service with a compassionate, outcomes-focused approach. You will work with local authorities, healthcare professionals and families to promote independence and positive outcomes for the people we support.

The role requires CQC-registered management experience or equivalent, and a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, with a focus on autism, brain injury and complex needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CQC registered manager or in care management
• Level 5 in Health & Social Care
• Experience with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of the service(s) and lead a friendly, dynamic team.
• Develop and implement person-centred support plans for residents.
• Conduct care needs assessments and ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Recruit, induct and supervise new colleagues; conduct appraisals.
• Complete medication competencies and audits; ensure compliance with policies.
• Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and prepare quarterly audits/reports.
• Effectively manage service P&L and regulatory, contractual requirements.
