Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a passionate Registered Service Manager to lead a well-established residential service in the Peterborough area, supporting eight adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs. You will ensure high standards of care, quality and regulatory compliance, while guiding a dedicated team in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

This leadership role offers opportunity to shape services, develop staff, and strengthen families and professional partnerships,

Qualifications

• Experience working with learning disabilities and complex care needs.
• Knowledge of CQC expectations and quality standards.
• Previous Registered Manager or Deputy Manager experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of the service.
• Lead, develop and motivate the team.
• Complete supervisions, appraisals and performance management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Ensure regulatory, legislative and company standards are met.
• Complete audits, action plans and service reviews.
• Manage service budgets and resources.
• Maintain positive relationships with families and professionals.
• Promote person-centred practice and positive outcomes.
• Participate in on-call rota as required.
