Voyage Care Ltd in Market Deeping/Peterborough is seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead a skilled team and maintain high standards of care, quality and compliance.

You will work closely with families, healthcare professionals and commissioners to deliver outstanding support, recruit and develop staff, and ensure regulatory requirements are met. The role offers a rewarding career within a trusted local service.

Qualifications

• Experience working within Learning Disability services.
• Experience supporting people with complex care needs.
• Knowledge of epilepsy and physical disabilities.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good understanding of CQC expectations and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or willingness to achieve this.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day running of the service.
• Leading, developing and motivating your team.
• Completing supervisions, appraisals and performance management.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and colleague development.
• Ensuring regulatory, legislative and company standards are met.
• Completing audits, action plans and service reviews.
• Managing service budgets and resources effectively.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with families and professionals.
• Promoting person-centred practice and positive outcomes for the people we support.
• Participating in the on-call rota as required.
