Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Leicestershire. You will drive person-centred care, work with local authorities and healthcare professionals, and support a stable team to achieve outstanding regulatory compliance.

You will manage day-to-day operations, develop care plans, recruit and supervise staff, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory and contractual requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
• Willing to undertake CQC registration and hold a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, or challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of the service(s) and lead a dynamic team.
• Develop and implement person-centred support plans and complete needs assessments.
• Recruit, induct, supervise and appraise colleagues; conduct medication competencies and audits.
• Attend multi-disciplinary meetings, produce quarterly audits and reports.
• Ensure regulatory, contractual, and policy compliance including notifications and P&L management.
