As Registered Service Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership, management and development of both elements of the service , ensuring care and support are delivered safely, effectively and in line with Care Inspectorate and SSSC requirements, relevant legislation and organisational policies and procedures.

You will lead a dedicated staff team and work closely with Directors and the wider Management Team to maintain high standards of care, support and compliance while continuing to develop the service.

This is an opportunity for someone who combines a strong leadership and professional judgement with a genuinely person-centred approach and is confident managing a busy, varied and responsive service.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring service performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting the continued development and growth of the service.
  • Working closely with Directors and the Senior Management Team on the ongoing development of the organisation's care and support services.

This is a hands-on management role for someone who is comfortable making decisions, managing competing priorities and taking responsibility for the overall quality and performance of a registered service.
