Job description

Interaction Health and Social Care is seeking Ofsted registered managers for Children's homes across Northampton.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Home Manager to open a new three-bed home for children and young people aged 8-18 years with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties and/or Learning Difficulties within Northampton.

We are looking for a passionate Registered Home Manager committed to achieving the best outcomes for young people. The successful candidate will be involved in recruiting a new staff team and will be responsible for leading and motivating a team supporting vulnerable children and young people.

No two days are the same; challenges may arise, but the work is always positive and rewarding.

What You Will Need To Succeed
  • Diploma Level 5 in Leadership Health and Social Care Children and Young People, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a children's home.
  • Previous experience managing a children's home is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of Ofsted regulations and legislation.
  • Good understanding of safeguarding.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Organisational skills and ability to multitask.
