Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to provide person-centred care in a supportive home environment. You will assess needs, develop tailored care plans, monitor clinical status and administer medicines safely while upholding professional standards.

With current NMC registration and a strong knowledge of DoLs/MCA and regulatory guidelines, you’ll work autonomously, collaborating with the team to deliver compassionate care and improve residents’ quality of life every day.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices knowledge.
• Experience developing well-structured care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Dedicated and compassionate, with a person-centred approach to nursing.
