Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to oversee the health, safety and comfort of residents in a care home setting. You will create safe care plans, make clinical decisions, administer medicines and uphold high standards of person-centred care.

You will need current NMC registration and familiarity with DoLs/MCA, with a compassionate, patient-focused approach and a commitment to delivering quality care for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices knowledge.
• Experience developing care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Person-centred, compassionate approach to nursing.
