Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents, delivering safe, person-centred care in a supportive home environment.

You will develop tailored care plans, administer medicines safely and apply clinical judgment to daily decisions, while adhering to regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored care plans for residents.
• Administer medicines safely and accurately.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care.
