You will create tailored care plans, administer medicines safely and uphold high standards of care across all interactions.

You'll need current NMC registration and a solid grasp of regulatory frameworks, with a person-centred approach and dedication to delivering quality care for residents and their families.

Qualificações

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience developing well‑formed care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
