Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to care for residents across our care home, supporting their physical, psychological and social needs with compassion and professional judgement.

With current NMC registration, you will develop tailored care plans, carry out risk assessments, administer medicines safely and follow DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience developing care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored care plans for residents.
• Administer medicines safely and accurately.
