Job summary

EQ Care Willow Lodge in Redhill is seeking a Registered Nurse to support households with nursing needs in a community/district-style model. You will write and follow care plans, ensure safe medication management, and work with a consistent team to get to know residents’ routines and preferences.

The role offers heart-centred care in a home-like setting, with nights 8pm–8am and a pro-rata salary up to £64,178 depending on experience. 44 hours/week and weekend rotation are possible.

Qualifications

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will support the households with nursing needs, you will operate a model similar to district or community nursing, you will visit each household and work with the teams there to implement and ensure the plan of care you help write, is followed. Each household will support people with a range of nursing needs, including people living with dementia and complex care needs. You will work closely with a consistent team, getting to know the people and their preferences, routines and clinical needs in detail.

This role offers the opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with a more holistic and relationship-led approach to care.
