Job summary

Skycare in Bourne, PE10 is recruiting two Registered Nurses for full-time day/night shifts. 44 hours per week with a pay rate of £21–£21.50 per hour. The role is based in a local care home and requires NMC registration, UK work rights, and a passion for elder care.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in the UK (minimum 1 year).
• Valid NMC PIN with no restrictions.

• Experience working with the elderly.
• Demonstrate team spirit and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
• Administer nursing care to residents as prescribed.
• Provide direct patient care including wound dressing, monitoring vitals and daily living activities.
• Supervise and support care assistants and junior staff.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
