Circle Health Group’s Harbour Hospital in Poole is seeking a registered nurse to maintain high standards of patient care and advocate for patients and staff. The role involves deputising for senior nurses on shifts, promoting safeguarding, and delivering individualized care within NMC and HCPC guidance.

With 37.5 hours per week in a flexible shift pattern, the post requires 18 months post-registration experience, PC literacy, and commitment to professional development in a supportive private

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with active NMC registration.
• 18 months post-registration experience recommended.
• Proficient in using PC and clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of patient care according to policies and procedures.
• Promote and safeguard patient, staff, and consultant well-being; advocate for juniors.
• Deputise for Sister/Charge Nurse on clinical shifts where appropriate.
• Provide individualised patient care and maintain high service standards.
• Act as safeguarding advocate and speak up on care concerns.

NMC Registration (RN)

Nursing diploma/degree (Diploma/BSc in Nursing)
