The Harbour Hospital in Poole, part of Circle Health Group, is recruiting a Registered Nurse (Adult) for ward-based bank shifts. You will provide direct nursing care, assess needs, maintain documentation, and support patients through their recovery as part of a multidisciplinary team.

This flexible “as and when required” role requires solid clinical governance and strong communication skills, ensuring ongoing patient safety and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Demonstrable experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Good understanding of patient safety and evidence-based practice.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with care plans and protocols.
• Assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and observations.
• Communicate with patients and families, providing information and support.
• Support patients in understanding their condition and recovery.
• Work with colleagues to provide high-quality, safe care.
• Identify and report incidents and safeguarding concerns per procedures.
