Job Title: Registered Nurse

Location: Crewkerne

This role involves one day shift and one night shift per week.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

1. Look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents.
2. Provide a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, using professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions.
3. Develop care plans, practice, and ensure the safe administration of medications.
4. Lead shifts, inspiring a team of dedicated Healthcare Assistants and Care Assistants.

Requirements:

• Current NMC registration and a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
• Understanding of DoLS/MCA.
• Commitment to staff values, effective communication, passion for work, team working, and a positive attitude. A person-centered and thoughtful approach to nursing is essential.
