Role Overview

We are seeking registered nurses with paediatric experience to join Ty Hafan children's hospice, providing holistic, family-centered care to children and young people with complex conditions. Your responsibilities include assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based clinical nursing care within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring continuity and quality of care.

Shift Patterns
