Job summary

Skycare seeks a Registered Nurse for their Darenth, Dartford care home, offering day and night shifts. You will administer medications, provide personalised care and work within a supportive team to ensure residents’ dignity and wellbeing.

The role requires RGN or RMN and active UK NMC PIN, with DBS clearance and references. A comprehensive induction and ongoing development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• UK Registered Nurse qualification (RGN)
• Active UK NMC PIN
• Clear DBS and two satisfactory references
• Experience in a care home setting preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Dispensing and administering medication as prescribed, with accurate records
• Manage stock control and ordering of medications and supplies
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH and Care Standards Act
• Provide high-quality nursing and personal care
• Support residents with dignity, respect and person-centred care
